Die Popularität der Tape Art wächst stetig, nicht zuletzt, weil sie sich als gute Alternative zu verschiedenen anderen Urban-Art-Stilen etabliert hat. Kunstwerke aus Klebeband sehen oft spektakulärer aus als zum Beispiel klassische Graffiti. Klebeband ist auch einfacher zu handhaben und kann bei Bedarf entfernt werden. Wir verwenden hauptsächlich sehr gängige Klebebandtypen, die in der Regel flexibel und gleichzeitig wasserdicht sind. Sie lassen sich mit wenigen einfachen Griffen in Form bringen und sind zudem in einer nahezu unvergleichlichen Farbvielfalt erhältlich. Somit können verschiedene Farbtonabstufungen implementiert werden. Die Bänder bleiben auch nach der Verarbeitung farbecht. Abgesehen von Schneideplottern und ein paar Rollen Klebeband benötigen wir normalerweise keine anderen Werkzeuge zum Erstellen unserer Kunstwerke. Und es dauert relativ wenig Zeit, es zu tun. Wir produzieren kaum Müll oder Abfall.
